Intr-un vas se amesteca faina, drojdia si zaharul
Separat batem ouale, adaugam uleiul si apa.
In vasul mixerului (cine are robot e norocoasa) turnam amestecul de oua, apa si ulei si adaugam faina. Cu paletele de framantare omogenizam bine la viteza mica aproximativ 2 minute.
Adunam alautul de pe marginea vasului si continuam sa framantam la viteza medie 5 minute. Adaugam sarea si mai framantam inca 3 minute. Ungem un vas incapator cu ulei, punem aluatul si acoperim cu folie alimentara.
Lasam aluatul la crescut pana isi dubleaza volumul.
Dupa ce a crescut impartim aluatul in bucati de aproximativ 75-80 grame fara sa adaugam faina. Formam chifle pe care le lasam acoperite la crescut timp de 15 minute.
Dupa 15 minute, punem putina faina pe blatul de lucru si modelam din nou fiecare chifla pentru a scoate aerul din aluat. Intr-o tava punem hartie de copt si asezam fiecare chifla intr-un inel metalic cu diametrul de aproximativ 8-9 cm( eu nu am avut si am improvizat cum veti vedea in poze).
Acoperim tava cu folie alimentara dar nu foarte strans, si le lasam la crescut pana isi tripleaza volumul. Se preincalzeste cuptorul la 220 grade. Batem un ou si un galbenus, le ungem usor, presaram susan si le bagam la copt aproximativ 15 minute sau pana se rumenesc.
