In seara aceasta ne rasfatam cu un meniu de fast food, insa mult mai dietetic. Atat puiul cat si cartofii sunt facuti la cuptor, folosind ulei de masline doar pentru a stropi tava in care am pus cartofii.
Rezultatul? Excelent! Credeti-ma pe cuvant! Daca nu, incercati si voi si spuneti-mi ce v-a iesit!
Ingrediente Crispy Strips
- un piept de pui
- 4 oua
- fulgi de porumb maruntiti
- sare, piper, boia (dulce sau iute, dupa preferinte), oregano, cimbru, menta, busuioc
- praf de usturoi
- o lingura de mustar
- un iaurt gras (150 ml)
Preparare Crispy strips
Pieptul de pui se spala si se taie fasii, de grosimea unui deget.
Intr-un bol amestecam iaurtul cu o lingura de mustar, sare, piper, mirodenii, dupa gust si se pune pieptul de pui in acest amestec lasandu-l aproximativ o ora la marinat.
In alt bol batem ouale cu putin mustar, sare, piper, praful de usturoi si mirodenii la alegere. In alte doua boluri pregatim pesmet si fulgii de porumb maruntiti un pic.
Scoatem pieptul de pui din marinata si trecem prin ou fiecare fasie, apoi prin pesmet, din nou prin ou si apoi prin fulgii de porumb.
Asezam puiul pe o tava pe care am pus hartie de copt si pe care am uns-o un pic cu ulei de masline.
Se baga la cuptorul preincalzit la 200 de grade Celsius aproximativ 40-45 de minute pana cand devin rumene si usor crocante.
Ingrediente cartofi wedges
- cartofi (evident)
- doua linguri de ulei de masline (eu folosesc uleiul acesta, care mi se pare foarte bun)
- sare, piper, boia
- 2 catei de usturoi
- oregano, busuioc
Preparare cartofi wedges
Cartofii se pun in apa rece cu sare la fiert aproximativ 10-15 minute.
Se scot si se pun intr-o sita la scurs.
Pregatim tava pe care punem hartie de copt, sau, in cazul meu o plansa de silicon. Punem cartofii in tava impreuna cu toate mirodeniile si le amestecam.
Bagam tava in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 de grade pana cand cartofii se inmoaie (aproximativ 35 de minute) dupa care dam pe functia grill pana cand se rumenesc putin (maxim 10 minute).
Pentru a economisi timp se pot baga la cuptor puiul si cartofii, pe functie de convectie.
Pentru sos am folosit 100 grame de smantana, 2 linguri iaurt gras, o lingura maioneza, un catel de ustoroi pisat, o lingurita de mustar, un sfert de lingurita de zahar, o jumatate de lingurita zeama de lamaie, un sfert de lingurita de sare, piper, boia, oregano si menta, pe care le-am amestecat intr-un vas.
